 *Stop Corona Virus Alert*

The government have strongly advised that where possible people are to stay at home

If you have developed any of the following symptoms

  • Fever/High temperature of 37.8 degrees Celsius or above

  • a new continuous cough

You are advised to stay at home and isolate for the next 7 days. If anyone in your home develops these symptoms, you are advised to self-isolate at home for the next 14 days.

We ask all our patients not to attend the practice. if you have concerns about your symptoms or your symptoms get worse you can go to https://111.nhs.uk/ for more information if you don’t have access to the internet you can call 111.

The practice is open as normal between the hours or 8am and 6pm

we ask that all patients contact the practice via the telephone on 01302 349431 and only attend the practice if instructed to by a member of staff.

If you wish to order your medication we still have our dedicated prescription line or alternatively you can post your prescription request through the practice letter box. we still require 48 hours to organise your repeat medication. If you have not already tagged your medication to be sent to a pharmacy of your choice, please contact a member of staff and they will arrange this for you as you will not be able to collect your prescription from the practice.

Our nurses and GP’s are currently running a triage service and will only request you attend the practice if there is a medical need.

Patients that are self-isolating do not require a sick note. you can access one online via this link: https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/
