New booking system Posted or Updated on 18 May 2023

From the 15th of May we have updated the ways in which we book appointments. 

You can now access a number of pre-bookable appointments each morning for the following 2 weeks. 

Where possible we will do our best to book your appointment the same day or next working day, however we aim to offer all patients an appointment within the two working weeks. 

Appointments will be booked in time order starting from the earliest available.

Please be aware our reception team is fully trained in Care Navigation and sometimes an appointment at the practice isn't the best outcome, other healthcare services may be signposted to you where you can access the help that you need.

We hope that our patients find this new system easier and simpler to book and aim to offer appointments to all of our patients that require one, however as above this may not always be the solution to your problem in which case alternative health care services or advise will be offered.
