We do our best to see you at your appointment time. You will be kept waiting longer than 30 minutes in emergency situations only. In these rare cases we will keep you informed and, if needed, make other arrangements. If you need an appointment with the GP these are mainly booked through on the day bookings.
You will not be seen if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment.
All patients have the right to express a preference of practitioner when booking an appointment. But, this might not be available on the requested day.

Cancelling or changing an appointment
Please always inform us if you are unable to attend your appointment as failure to do so wastes both the doctor’s time and valuable appointment spaces. Failure to do this could lead to you being removed from the doctor’s list.

If you need help when we are closed
- Use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
- Out of hours information
- If it’s a life-threatening emergency call 999.

Home Visits
We offer home visits for housebound patients and we ask that if you require a home visit to request this before 11.00am unless it is an emergency. With a visit request we have the Doctor call you back to discuss the symptoms from this a visit may be arranged either with the GP or with other community services as required.
