All clinics are run on an appointment basis. To obtain an appointment you can call us on 01302 349431. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment, this is to limit face to face contact where possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus. Face to face appointments are available to patients but you will be asked to discuss your condition over the phone first with a Clinician to assess what will be the most appropriate way forward for you. In addition to face to face consultations our practice are offering consultations online or over the phone. This is a convinient and flexible way to receive Healthcare.
If a face to face appointment is booked please remember to wear a face covering and accept our assurance that our premises are covid safe.
We do our best to see you at your appointment time and only in emergency situations will you be kept waiting longer than 30 minutes. In these rare cases we will keep you informed and, if required, make alternative arrangements. If you require an appointment with the GP these are booked primarily through on the day bookings.
When the surgery is closed your call will be redirected automatically to the out-of-hours service; just ring our normal number 01302 349431. You can help us by ensuring that separate appointments are made for each family member who needs to see a doctor and by informing us if you require an extended appoint time.
Please always inform us if you are unable to attend your appointment as failure to do so wastes both the doctor’s time and valuable appointment spaces. Failure to do this could lead to you being removed from the doctor’s list.
You will not be seen if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment.
All patients have the right to express a preference of practitioner when booking an appointment; however, this might not be available on the requested day.
If you are awaiting for a review please be assured we will be in touch.
