If you need help with a non-urgent medical or admin request, you can now contact us online.
Submit a new request
Our new online access service means you can contact us with admin queries including sick notes, asking for test results, ordering a repeat prescription and any other admin related queries. You can also contact us for help with medical issues or see online advice from NHS guidance on your condition, symptoms and treatments. Simply follow the link to contact us online.
Please be aware that is can take up to 2 working days for us to reply so do not contact us with medical emergencies or anything that will require an urgent response. The service is only available during working hours.
SystmOnline
This is a free on-line service that can provide you with:
- Online booking, checking and cancelling of appointments
- Online ordering of repeat medication
- Ability to change your contact details
- Information on the medication that you are taking
It is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week via any computer with an internet connection. It means that you don’t need to ring reception for these services and that you can arrange them at a time to suit you. It is also free for you to create an account and use the service. To access this service you will need to fill out a form which is kept in reception and bring a form of identification. You will then be given a printout which will have the website along with your username and password to access your online account.
If there is a problem with accessing your account please do not hesitate to call the surgery and speak with a member of staff and they will try and resolve any problems.

You can now use the NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services and your GP account on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record, access your Covid vaccination status and more.
If you already use online access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Is my information safe?
Just like a banking app, your identity will be carefully checked during the simple registration process. The app has been designed, built and tested so that your personal information is always safe and secure.
How to register through the NHS App
Download the app from your mobile device’s app store and follow the easy step-by-step registration instructions. It will help if you know your NHS number (though this isn’t essential), and you will need to have a form of ID (passport or driving license) to hand.
