Once the document is ready we will tell you. You can then collect it from reception.
We try to have medical reports and records completed within 15 working days. However, this is private work and must done out of clinic time.
When asking for a medical report, we do first need signed consent from the patient. This can be in the form of a dated and signed letter asking your records.
