We strongly support the NHS policy on zero tolerance. This practice will not tolerate violent or abusive behaviour to staff or other persons on the practice premises.
Anyone attending the surgery who abuses the GPs, staff or other patients be it verbally, physically or in any threatening manner whatsoever, will risk removal from the practice list.
Such actions will result in immediate removal from the premises and the practice list. We will notify Patient Services immediately of any removal of a patient from our list.
In extreme cases we may summon the police to remove offenders from the practice premises.
